Proof of these conditions may be required by property insurance companies prior to the buildings being fixed. Particulate sampling is performed by air sampling with the
Smoke Particulate Screen Check (SPSC). Smoke particulates in the air can cause irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat, coughing, phlegm, chest tightness, and shortness of breath.
Environmental Diagnostics Laboratory (EDLab) will provide a final report included in the cost of the Smoke Particulate Screen. This report will show detailed information for Count cts/m3, and will be compared to what is considered to be a normal manageable level.
Once EDLab receives the sample for analysis, your lab report will be generated and emailed within 3-5 business days.
