Just because our shipping is cheap doesn't mean it should take a long time. HomeComfortDepot.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Most orders are shipped the SAME DAY! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and your new products! If, however, the items you purchased are not exactly what you expected, you may return them within 365 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise and packaging is in new, original condition. Once the item is removed from the original packaging and installed in your application, it cannot be returned because it cannot be resold to another customer. If you wish to return an item within 365 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a refund according to the terms listed below, or a credit toward the purchase of another item. There is no return credit for shipping charges. HomeComfortDepot.com will not accept any returns after 365 days from the purchase date for any reason.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at Support@HomeComfortDepot.com. Please provide us your first and last name, order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If approved, you will receive an RMA number that must be written on the return shipping label. Return shipments should be directed to the following address:

Please insure and track any returned packages. Credits will be issued when we receive and examine the returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit or refusal of the returned items as listed in the details below.

Important: All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are administered based on the condition of the returned items. Products must be in the original packaging. The product and the packaging must arrive in brand new condition with no damage or markings on the packaging so that the product can be resold.
*Housh Inc. & HomeComfortDepot.com reserve the sole right to determine, at their discretion, the fair refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned. HomeComfortDepot.com will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds. If, though, the refund amount isn't acceptable to you, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you.
If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will pay for return shipping.
Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.
